I was moving from Connecticut to Florida. I was given Johns name through my broker whom I was dealing with in Florida. Not knowing the area I was choosing to move too and not knowing the surrounding towns, John was advised of my preferences of my areas to live. John and I had to communicate via phone and e-mail for a few months before I was able to get to Florida and find the house of my dreams. Everyday, John sent me lists of new houses and my area, via e-mail for my review. He always answered and/or returned my call in a timely fashion. Answered all my questions, if he didn't know the answer right then in there , he got it and returned my call asap with the answer. I made it to Florida for a week to house hunt with my (house) picks. John lined up all my favorite houses and some homes, he thought based on my picks I might like. Everyday I was in Florida, he was there for me.
And the end of my trip, I choose a home John had recommended to see that he thought I might like and it turned out to be the home of my dreams. Right to end of the closing and beyond John was beside me every step of the way.
